About The Farm
The Farm is a unique paradise amidst the superior geographical conditions of the hilly lands of Jiangsu Province. The Farm covers an area of 10 square kilometers and has five major sites. It is located in a subtropical climate, which is comfortable and pleasant 273 days a year and suitable for the growth of crops. It is rich in minerals and water resources. All 8 categories of products have received the Nanjing Guohuan Organic Certification.
The Farm Origin
"Zhou Li·Di Guan·Shi Shi" once said: "Teach three virtues to the sons of the country. The first is the supreme virtue as the foundation of Tao, the second is the quick virtue as the foundation of conduct, and the third is filial virtue as the knowledge and resistance to evil."
The "De" in The Farm's Chinese name, Defang, means that virtue is the foundation of Tao. This is the foundation of The Farm's business.
The "Fang" in Defang means: fragrance will be passed down through the ages. Defang Organic Farm aims to spread the sustainable development path of modern organic agriculture to future generations.
