Ingredients
A pack of 3 pieces of beef, 1 onion, 50 grams of green onions, 100 grams of burdock shreds, 3 pieces of grilled tofu, 90 grams of konjac shreds, 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, 3 fresh shiitake mushrooms, 20 grams of pea sprouts, 400 grams of cabbage, oolong 1 pack of noodles, 1 egg, appropriate amount of sukiyaki sauce.
Instructions
- 1. Wash and drain the onions, first cut them in half and then into slices; remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms first, then wash and drain them; wash and drain the fresh mushrooms and bean sprouts; wash and drain the cabbage, peel it into slices and set aside. Take a sukiyaki iron pot and heat it over low heat, add beef fat, wait until the fat is released, spread it evenly over the whole pot and take it out.
- 2. Add the green onion segments and the onion slices from step 1 into the pot and stir-fry until brown.
- 3. Spread the beef thin slices evenly on the green onion segments and onion slices.
- 4. Pour in an appropriate amount of sukiyaki sauce, simmer over low heat, and use chopsticks to turn the meat slices in time.
- 5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. After the meat slices in step 4 change color, you can scoop up the meat slices and dip them in the egg liquid to eat.
- 6. When the meat slices are almost finished, add shredded burdock, grilled tofu, shredded konjac, enoki mushrooms and fresh shiitake mushrooms from step 1, and then pour in an appropriate amount of sukiyaki sauce.
- 7. Add the cabbage and bean sprouts from step 1 and continue cooking.
- 8. After the ingredients in the pot are cooked, you can scoop up the ingredients in the pot and dip them in the egg liquid to eat.
- 9. After eating all the ingredients in the pot. Put the udon noodles into boiling water and blanch them briefly, drain and set aside.
Pour an appropriate amount of sukiyaki sauce into the pot in step 9, heat it over low heat until it boils, then add the udon noodles and cook until the surface changes color, then scoop it out and eat.
Tips
Be careful to keep konjac away from beef, as the calcium in beef will make the konjac hard.
